Why Hansen’s products?
• Locally produced and processed. When our products get to your table, they may be only a few hours old. Hansen’s products are available at Moo Roo, the Outlet and several stores and restaurants within a 25-mile radius of the farm.
• Nonhomogenized. The molecules in our milk are not broken down, thus leaving the milk in its natural state. Some people with lactose intolerance claim they can consume Hansen’s products with no ill effects. The cream rises to the top, so remember to shake well!
• No added growth hormones. Hansen’s products come from cows not injected with rBST.
About the logo:
Our logo is a wallaby (miniature kangaroo) with a Holstein calf in her pouch drinking a glass of milk. We have several New Zealand wallabies that help attract people to the farm.
